快速酒酿蛋
婆婆的法子,比我们用水煮的简单:
打一个鸡蛋在碗里(平时吃饭的饭碗就行),用筷子打散打匀,舀几勺做好的酒酿在上面(量按自己的喜好随意),再舀点儿酒酿汁,不必加水,微波炉两分半钟,开吃!
这两天的早饭都是这个,很不错。
