酱牛肉
牛肉切两三大块, 加酱油, 花椒, 葱段姜块腌两到三天(来不及的话一天也够).
锅内放油烧热, 加牛肉, 葱姜, 酱油, 糖翻炒至上色, 加水, 花椒, 料酒, 小火炖两小时左右.
晾凉后切片. 可以直接吃, 也可以再浇上葱花和辣椒/花椒油.
