干贝炒蛋
原料:
干贝半杯,加料酒温水姜末发开
鸡蛋四只打散,加少量盐
洋葱四分之一只切末
做法:
干贝压或撕成末,放进鸡蛋里打匀。
炒锅热油,先炒洋葱,再放入鸡蛋/干贝快炒。
又好做又好吃。
