夏天炎热, 喝一杯smoothie, 既解渴又有营养. 推荐两种Berry Smoothie的做法.
做法一:
Yogurt (plain or strawberry), 1 cup
Fresh strawberries, 1 pint
(Or frozen strawberries, 2 cups)
Milk, 1/2 cup
Sugar, 2 tablespoons
Ice cubes, 5
Mix in blender and pulse until well combined. Serves 2.
做法二:
Vanilla/Strawberry ice cream, 2 cups
Fresh strawberries, 1 1/2 cups
Sugar, 2 tablespoons
Lemon juice, 2 tablespoons
Ice cubes, 2 cups
Milk, a few drops
Mix in blender and pulse until well combined. Serves 2.
我个人比较喜欢做法二加冰淇淋的版本. 两种做法都给了草莓的量, 可以用blueberry和raspberry代替一部分草莓, 看各人喜好了.
如果想加点酒, 可以加2-3 shots的Tequila或Vodka.
