笋干笋干
前天收到包裹,是公婆寄来的新龙井茶叶一斤和笋干八斤(!),大喜,晚饭做了笋干冬瓜汤,LD放了一大把笋干,结果咸了,但还是被我们风卷残云扫荡干净。去年11月从国内带回来的笋干两三个月就被我们吃光,已经断顿很久,上个月我熬不住买了国货店里竹篓装的笋干,还是觉得不行,细而且死咸,把汤味全盖住了,哪象正宗的杭州笋干,粗可是嫩,这下子夏天的汤水有着落了,哈哈。
